Campus is now supplying Adobe software licenses rather licensing at the school level.
Please start by going to https://www.oit.uci.edu/adobe and requesting a license. Without this, you will be stuck with a trial license. Computing can no longer issue the licenses as it is ONLY a self-service process now.
For renewal of the license the same process is done from above. There is no need for installation after either renewal or first time license request. ALL SOCIAL ECOLOGY computers have Adobe Pro preinstalled for your use.
Licenses are for both PC and Mac.
After you are done with the request:
You will need to sign in and the program should work like normal. Here are the instructions.
- Click on “Sign In" on the top right of the Adobe program.
- Then click on “Sign In” when the window appears. (You will be using your UCINet ID and password along with DUO)
- Type in your UCI email on Sign In window then hit “Continue”
- The next window you will select "Company or School Account" and it will take you to the DUO authentication. After that you are all good and will able to use Adobe Pro once again.

- Scroll down to “Sign out (ucinetid/email)” If it does not appear please give it a minute or two for it to populate.
