 Installation

Faculty and staff automatically receive Microsoft 365 accounts upon employment and can download Microsoft 365 for personal use (opens in a new window)  .

 Tablet and Smartphones

For tablets and smartphones, install Microsoft Office via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

 Windows and macOS Computers

1. Log in to UCI Office 365 Webmail (opens in a new window)  .
2. Select the Gear icon in the upper-right corner of the window.
3. Under "Your App Settings," choose Microsoft 365.
4. On the next page, choose Software.
5. Follow Microsoft's instructions to install Office.
