What is supported?
- Configuring your UCI email account
- Configuring your UCI calendar account
- Configuring UCInet Mobile Access (Campus Wi-Fi access)
- Note: Windows Surface Pro tablets come with a full version of Windows 10 therefore SE supports software installs for licensed products
What is not supported?
- Hardware problems
- Non-UCI owned equiptment
- App Stores configuration (Google, Amazon, iTunes, etc.)
- Purchases, installs or refunds from App Stores
- Cloud IDs or systems
- Warranty repair costs/shipping
