SAS Order Form

Please fill out the form below to order or renew your SAS license. Licenses are leased and not purchased and will need yearly renewal. The expiration of the new SAS license(s) is June 30, 2024. The price of the license IS NOT PRORATED during the year by OIT. There are no refunds once software is installed and licensed.

All orders will need approval from the advisor or professor before any installation and billing can take place. Approval will slow down the ordering process. License(s) are only installed and supported on Social Ecology owned computers. If you need a license for a personal computer please visit UCI Software Licensing or contact OIT at 949-824-2222 or ext. 4-2222.

Please make sure that you have all the information in the required fields since it will not let you continue with your order. Tag number on our Dell systems is located on a sticker on top of the tower and on the bottom on laptops. This order form will only take 5 orders per form. If more than 5 licenses are needed please fill out another form. We will contact you with any questions within one business day.
